Who we are

Luxe Azure Concierge is a concierge service based in Punta Cana · Bávaro · Dominican Republic. For any question about this policy, write to our contact address.

What we collect

When you send a request through the contact form we collect your name, your email address, your travel dates and the content of your message. We also record the IP address the request came from, to protect the form against automated abuse.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your request and to organise the services you ask us for. We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to our contact address and we will answer within thirty days.

Cookies

This website sets a single technical cookie, required to keep your session while you browse. It carries no advertising purpose and cannot be declined, as the site would not work without it.

We also use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, which measures how the site is used — which pages are read, and how visitors arrive. These cookies are only set after you accept them: decline, and nothing is loaded, nothing is measured and no cookie is written.

Your choice is remembered for thirteen months. You can change it at any time through the Cookies link at the bottom of any page.
