Our role

Luxe Azure Concierge is a concierge service. We arrange and coordinate services delivered by independent partners — boat owners, chefs, drivers, villa managers, restaurants and venues. We act as an intermediary between you and those partners.

Quotes and bookings

Every stay is quoted individually. A booking is confirmed once the proposal has been accepted in writing and any agreed deposit received. Prices shown in a proposal are valid for the dates stated in that proposal.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on each partner and are stated in your proposal before you confirm. We pass on our partners' conditions without adding charges of our own.

Liability

Services are delivered by our partners, who remain responsible for their own execution and insurance. We select them with care and coordinate them, but we cannot be held liable for events beyond our control, including weather, sea conditions and force majeure.
